These terms cover the Dripverse app and website, and every order you place through them. By making an account or placing an order you agree to them. Please read the part about custom goods: it is the one that matters most.
Who you are dealing with. STREAMVERSE LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16374315, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. In these terms "we" and "Dripverse" mean that company.

Custom goods cannot be returned for a change of mind. Because every item is made to your design, the usual 14-day cancellation right in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has started. This is the rule for personalised goods, and it is the trade-off for getting exactly what you designed.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items are on us. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, the wrong size or the wrong product, email support@dripverse.app within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and photos. We will replace it or refund it, your choice. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything here.
If a parcel is lost in transit, tell us and we will reship or refund once the carrier confirms it.
Drips are in-app credits that can be applied to orders when the feature is available. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and expire or change as we say in the app when you receive them.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else the law does not let us limit. Apart from that, our responsibility to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses that neither of us could reasonably have expected.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we cannot sort out a disagreement together, the courts of England and Wales handle it. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts. Talk to us first. Nearly everything can be fixed by email.
We may update these terms. Changes that matter are announced in the app or by email before they take effect. The version that applies to an order is the one shown when you placed it.
