4. How long we keep it

5. Deleting your account

Open the app, go to Account, and tap Delete my account. This removes your sign-in, your designs, your chat history, saved addresses and notification settings, straight away. Orders you already placed still ship and stay in our records without your name or email, as section 4 explains. You can also ask us by email and we will do it for you.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, send you a copy, or stop using it in a certain way. Email support@dripverse.app and we answer within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

7. Children

Dripverse is not aimed at children. You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will remove it.

8. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
